Refund Policy

At Jagannath Tulsi Seva, we strive to provide the best service to our devotees. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting a refund.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation by Customer: If you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the scheduled service date, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation by Us: If we cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
  • Service Not Provided: If the service is not provided as booked due to our error, you will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate payment.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have already been performed
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date
  • No-show situations where the customer fails to appear for the scheduled service
  • Services cancelled due to reasons beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction
  • For bank transfers, it may take additional time depending on your bank's processing time

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Contact us at domain@gmail.com with your booking reference number
  • Provide details about why you are requesting a refund
  • Include any relevant documentation or proof
  • We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued:

  • If you cancel between 3-7 days before the service date, you may receive a 50% refund
  • Administrative fees may be deducted from refunds in certain circumstances
  • Any applicable processing fees may not be refundable

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card (may take 7-14 business days)
  • Net Banking/UPI: Refunded to the same account
  • Bank Transfer: Refunded to the same bank account

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may contact us to discuss your case further. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and amicably.
